Crews get handle on apartment fire | News

Firefighters were rushed to an apartment complex in northwest Oklahoma City just before 2 p.m. in regards to a large fire.

Crews rushed to the complex near Britton Rd. and May Ave. after flames consumed a corner of an apartment.

The blaze could be seen reaching out onto the deck and spreading to air conditioning units on top of the building.

Firefighters were able to get a handle on the fire before a lot of other units were affected.
